Herbal Weight Loss Coffee
The 3 people that I know that started on Javita a week ago have lost anywhere from 3-7 pounds and at least 1 1/2 inches! Those are great results in my book. I have had some stubborn weight though and have used body wraps, teas, supplements, and even this fiber pill that was supposed to help me feel full and lose weight. Well, that didn't work at all.
I sure hope this coffee comes today because I really want to get started and start seeing results. I'll take before pictures and measurements as always and am looking forward to getting rid of all my junk around the middle that has accumulated these last few years.
Update - My coffee came today! It was sooo easy to put the packet in a cup, pour on boiling water and that was it. I'm not used to caffeine since I only drink water so it gave me a bit of a buzz. I drank it about an hour before lunch, so that wasn't too smart. Once I ate I felt good.
Took my before pictures and measurements. Looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow!

I had tried to lose weight after my 3rd and 4th children and just couldn't seem to shake it no matter how much I exercised or "watched my portions".
