Weight Loss Coffee Results

I have been drinking my weight loss coffee for 2 days now. I haven't exercised or changed my diet in any way. Although I don't like coffee, I am trying this anyways because I need to lose some weight and nothing else seems to be working.

I stepped on the scale this morning and didn't have any weight loss, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had lost 2 1/2 inches from my abdomen and legs! Wow! If I'm getting these kind of results in just 2 days of drinking this stuff, what kind of results am I going to see in a week or two?

Apparently there will be a weight loss green tea coming out in the next 90 days. I'm excited to try that one since coffee doesn't taste very good to me. My friend lost 4.2 pounds and 1.5 inches in a week so I know this stuff works. I just need to keep consistent and let the weeks pass by.

Herbal Weight Loss Coffee

I'm waiting for my herbal weight loss coffee to arrive. After hearing the story of a friend who started on Javita coffee last week, I was truly intrigued. I have used fat burning coffee and tea before but everyone else that used it got a jittery feeling and it didn't work for them. My friend assured me that this coffee gives you energy but not a jittery feeling, just good energy to sustain you through the day.

The 3 people that I know that started on Javita a week ago have lost anywhere from 3-7 pounds and at least 1 1/2 inches! Those are great results in my book. I sure hope this coffee comes today because I really want to get started and start seeing results. I'll take before pictures and measurements as always and am looking forward to getting rid of all my junk around the middle that has accumulated these last few years.

Update - My coffee came today! It was sooo easy to put the packet in a cup, pour on boiling water and that was it. I'm not used to caffeine since I only drink water so it gave me a bit of a buzz. I drank it about an hour before lunch, so that wasn't too smart. Once I ate I felt good.

Took my before pictures and measurements. Looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow!

Body Scan

Most of us don't get a body scan like this one, but this is so interesting to see. I don't think I have seen anything like this before. What do you think? I know I never want my body to look like the woman on the left. If anything, these pictures are good motivation to keep exercising and eating well!

My Weight Loss Story - How I did it and how I kept it off
